The league was founded in 1997 by Ranger Bob and Guenter. It started with four over 40 teams and has grown
to twelve over 40 teams and twelve over 50 teams. We play at the National Sports Center (NSC)
in Blaine. Games are at 6:30pm Wednesday evenings. We play full field 11 v 11 under FIFA rules except
slide tackles are not allowed and either team may make unlimited substitutions on the fly.

We know there has been a lot of information out there about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it effects our lives and different leagues cancelling their
summer season play. After careful consideration of different factors, the MSSL has made the decision to also cancel our play season for 2020. For any
